With a background spanning investment banking, global travel, customer service, and corporate HR, I bring a uniquely rich and varied perspective to my work as a coach and consultant. My early career began in the fast-paced world of investment banking, but after recognising it wasn’t aligned with my values, I embarked on a year-long journey around the world, gaining invaluable life experience and perspective. During that time, I worked in banking roles abroad and later as airline cabin crew, embracing connection, communication, and adaptability on a global scale.

Upon returning home, I transitioned into financial services on the high street before discovering my true calling: supporting people to grow. This led me into Human Resources, where I developed expertise across recruitment, reward, policy, employee engagement and talent development. I found particular joy and success in helping individuals unlock their potential, which sparked my passion for behavioural change and led to my formal qualification in coaching.

For the past ten years, I have successfully run my own coaching and consultancy practice, working with both individuals and organisations to foster meaningful development, authentic leadership, and inclusive culture. My professional path took a deeply personal turn during the pandemic, as I navigated the neurodiversity of my children in that context —particularly supporting my son through autistic burnout. This experience, while incredibly challenging, transformed my understanding of parenting, and my approach to learning, and mental health.

I became a qualified parenting coach, driven by a clear purpose: to support other parents of neurodivergent children so they never have to face the isolation, confusion, and overwhelm that I once did. I now specialise in enabling families and organisations to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive—bringing together my lived experience, corporate insight, and coaching expertise to create compassionate, practical, and empowering change.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mum to two wonderfully neurodivergent children who continue to be my greatest teachers. We live in Cornwall, where the rhythm of the ocean brings me both calm and creative energy. I’m passionate about staying strong and flexible as I age—whether through beach yoga, long walks on the coastal path, or hiking and skiing in the mountains whenever I get the chance. I love a silent disco, singing loudly in the car, and getting lost in a good crime novel. These simple joys and outdoor adventures keep me grounded, joyful, and present—qualities I aim to bring into every relationship.
